General terms & conditions

1.     Designation

By visiting the website with URL (hereafter called ‘the site’) or by placing an order, you (the ‘customer’) agree to the general terms and conditions stated on this page. Only the terms and conditions on this page are valid.

The customer has the possibility to save and print these terms and conditions.

If you do not agree with one or more of the terms and conditions, then do not place an order. He have the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. It is necessary to check the terms and conditions on any changes before placing an order.

These terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of both parties that result from visiting the site or from buying products via the site. All services are delivered by RDM (see 2. RDM) from Belgium. The deal between both parties is always considered to be made in Belgium, also when RDM delivers to other countries. Deals can only be done in Dutch, French, English, German or Spanish. Orders on the site can be placed from Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany, The United Kingdom, Ireland, Denmark, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Monaco, Switserland, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Croatia, Finland, Sweden, Norway and Greece. When the order is destined to any country other than Belgium, RDM is seen as exporter and the customer as importer.

 2. RDM

The site is run by RDM BVBA with registered office at Mechelsesteenweg 315, 1800 Vilvoorde, Belgium under number BE 0875.158.843, in this document called “RDM”.
The account number or IBAN of RDM is BE94 7350 3759 0114 and the SWIFT code is KREDBEBB. 

3. The products for sale via the site

A private customer has the right to renounce the offer within 14 days after the day of delivery. The customer has to notify RDM within this period. See article 8 for further terms and conditions concerning this right.

The products offered by RDM are those shown on the site on the moment a customer places an order. RDM tries to deliver every order. However, it is possible that certain products are not available at a certain time. RDM can not be held accountable for this, or for the damage that could result from this. When one or more products are not available, RDM will notify the customer via an email with all necessary information.

When unavailability of a product is noticed after an order has been payed, RDM will pay back the amount within a period of 30 days. The customer will be notified via an email.

All products on the site are described as precisely as possible. However, deviations or differences may exist, or small mistakes can be made. For this RDM can not be held accountable. Many of our products are handmade. Differences make our products unique.

4. Price and payment

The prices are the prices shown on the website at the moment of placing an order. RDM kan change these prices whenever they want. The prices on the site can be shown in Euro or Pound and are shown VAT included. The prices do not include the packing and shipment costs. Packing and shipment costs are added to the price, as is indicated in the order process. 

Every order has to be payed up front to the account of RDM. Products are only shipped after verification of the payment. The confirmation of the order is sent via mail to the customer. Products remain the property of RDM until complete payment of the customer has been done. 

Promotions, coupons, special offers are not to be combined.

5. Payment methods

The payment methods are indicated on the site.

6. Orders

To place an order the customer chooses products and places them in the basket.  The customer can change or correct his order as long as the products are in the basket. When the customer wants to confirm the order, he or she needs to choose a shipment and payment method. During the complete order process, the total amount due is clearly indicated. By executing the payment, the order is definite and cannot be changed.

After placing and paying the order, the customer receives a confirmation of the order via email. The customer receives a second email when the order has been shipped.

7. Delivery

 The products are deliverd to the customer via UPS. Delivery times are indicative and in no way binding.  

The order is offered by UPS at the adress of the customer. When the products are returned to UPS because UPS was not able to deliver due to reasons of the customer, the customer is notified via email and is given the possibility to choose a second delivery, provided that he pays for added administrative and logistic costs.

When the client does not choose for a second delivery, or does not reply to the email, the order will be cancelled. The price payed, minus the delivery costs, will be refunded to the customer.

When the products are lost during the delivery process, RDM will ship a new package if the products are still available, or will reimburse the customer. The transfer of risk of loss or damage is done at delivery.

8. Right of renunciation

A private customer has a restricted right to renounce the order. Within 14 days after the delivery the customer has to notify RDM he wishes to use this right. He can do this by sending an email to

RDM checks if the customer can use this right and if so sends the customer an email with instructions on how to return the product(s).

The customer needs to send the package within 7 days after receiving the mail with instructions. If not, the right of renunciation expires.


  • The costs and risk of returning the products are at the customers account.
  • Products need to be resend undamaged, unused and complete.
  • The original invoice (of which the customer keeps a copie) needs to be attached to the returned product(s). Every returned package of which the sender can not be identified will be refused.
  • Products need to be send by registered mail. The sender needs to save the ticket. Products that RDM does not receive, will not be refunded.
  • For products that are ordered/fabricated at request of the customer the right of renunciation does not apply.

When RDM receives the products, it will check whether the above terms and conditions are followed. If so RDM will reimburse the customer within 30 days after receiving the products.

When the products do not apply to the returning policy as stated above, they remain property of the customer. If desired RDM can deliver the products again to the customer, at cost of the customer.

The right of renunciation does not apply for professional customers. 

9. Intellectual property rights

The concept, the content, the layout, the structure, the sourececoude, the images, the animations, the texts and descriptions, the products, the brands, and all other parts of the site and RDM Products and brochures are and remain exclusive property of RDM and the third license holders and are protected by divers intellectual property rights, among others copyright and trademark law.

The site and all information on it is exclusively used for your information. Every reproduction, reissue or other exploitation is prohibited. Requests for admission to reproduce the information of the site should be sent to

10. Use of personal data

Personal data are exclusively used to deliver an excellent service, and are not saved for any other reason.

11. Complaints

Complaints can be sent to with “Complaint“ as subject of the mail.

12. Accountability

The accountability of RDM is limited as follows:

  • RDM is not responsible for faults or mistakes in the pictures or texts that describe the products sold.
  • RDM can not be held responsible when products cannot be delivered because of reasons beyond our control, such as strikes or disruptions of transport-, mail-, or communication services.
  • RDM is not accountable for any damage, of any kind, inflicted through the use of our products or use of any information on our site.
